If you post lead magnets on LinkedIn, usually yes. LeadShark replies to everyone who comments your keyword and sends them your resource by DM, in under 10 minutes on average, so you stop spending the day after a good post copying and pasting links. It depends on the plan. Pro runs up to 10 automations at the same time, Pro+ runs 100, and Apex runs unlimited automations. One automation usually covers one post, so if you publish one lead magnet a week, Pro keeps about ten weeks of posts answering commenters in parallel. If you run more posts at once, or manage clients, Pro+ ($59/mo) lifts the limit to 100 and Apex ($119/mo) removes it. You can switch plans anytime from Settings.

Yes. Pro+ includes the Automation + Discover MCP and Apex includes the full Apex MCP, so you can run LeadShark from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. In Claude.ai or ChatGPT you add https://apex.leadshark.io/mcp as a custom connector and sign in with LeadShark, with nothing to install. Setup steps are on the LinkedIn MCP server page. Pro does not include MCP, but you can unlock a one-time 72-hour Apex window in Settings to try it.

The trial is 7 days with no card, so you are never charged automatically. When it ends, your LinkedIn is disconnected and running automations pause. Pick a plan anytime to reconnect and carry on where you left off. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly anytime from Settings: open Subscription, then Manage Subscription. Paid plans can also pause for 1 or 2 months. Refunds are currently paused, so cancel before your renewal date if you no longer need it.

If you decide not to upgrade, your account will be disconnected from LinkedIn, automatically. And all your Running automations will be Paused. (You will not be charged anything.)

No, not necessarily. Although you will have additional benefits if you do have LinkedIn Premium, like higher connection limits, and profile viewer webhooks (Apex).

Yes! You can still automate a post, even if you have engaged with some of the commenters, and sent DMs already. Just turn on Partially Engage when creating the automation, and we will not engage with any comment that has manual replies from you underneath to avoid duplicates.
