# LeadShark > LeadShark is a LinkedIn comment-to-DM automation tool ("ManyChat for LinkedIn"): when someone comments a keyword on your LinkedIn post, LeadShark replies to that comment and sends the person a DM with your lead magnet. Since launching in September 2024, LeadShark has captured 3M comments and delivered 2.7M+ DMs for 5,000+ creators, with an average response time under 10 minutes. LeadShark is inbound-first. Its automations engage people who commented on your own posts, with reply and DM templates you write yourself. There are no AI-generated replies and no outbound DM sequences to cold lists. When a commenter is not a 1st-degree connection, LeadShark sends a connection request and delivers the DM once they accept; on the Apex plan it can also DM people you are not connected with. It also tracks clicks on the resource link, captures emails on gated pages, syncs leads to Kit and Beehiiv, schedules posts with the automation pre-attached, and offers a REST API plus an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Sending stays inside a daily DM limit you set, anywhere from 0 to 250 a day (we recommend a maximum of 150), with human-like pacing, off-hours and warm-up mode.
